If you are unable to attend the event, your booking will be considered a no-show. Please note that refunds will not be issued in such cases.

 

Should a registered participant wish to transfer their place to another individual, kindly contact hello@myfamilyfest.com.

1. Each participant is allowed to create one item per activity session only.
 

2. Parents or guardians are kindly requested to accompany children aged six and under at all times.
 

3. All children will be supervised by our staff throughout the session; however, parents and guardians remain responsible for their child’s overall well-being.
 

4. The organiser reserves the right to amend or postpone the workshop schedule, with prior notice provided.
